Refund policy

We provide high quality, customized, and handmade products. We ensure that all orders are packaged well, and in perfect condition. If by any chance your order is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and description of fault. Item will need to be returned to us in it's original packaging, and in an unused condition. Once inspected, we can then issue a replacement or a refund.

Please note that each order, is designed and created on demand, specifically for that order. Please think carefully before placing an order, as cancellations can only be requested within 1 hour of purchase.
